Situated in a charming and hip borough of Palma, this apartment has all the comfort and conveniences of today you may ask for. Es Baluard Museum, 
the cathedral, and the seafront are within walking distance. Public bus transport from this part of town departs into any direction, including the popular beaches of Cala Mayor and Illetes (ca 6km away). Club Nautico and Paseo Maritimo are a 10 minute walk a way. An ideal starting point for excursions on the island.

Apartment Pursiana II in located in the borough of Santa Catalina, a 5-10 minute walk away from the centre of Palma.
The apartment is situated on the upper floor of a two storey townhouse. Apartment Pursiana I, listed on this website as well, is on the floor below.


An indoor market is at the very centre of this neighbourhood, fruits and vegetables, a selection of meat, sausages, ham, cheeses, and fresh fish are on offer. The market is bustling with early morning acitivities and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and boutiques.
The local populace makes for an interesting mix, long time residents, artists, and residents from all over the world make for a fascinating atmosphere of Majorca’s Quartier Latin.
Plaza Progresse is very close by, public bus transport departs into any direction from here.
A 15 minute drive on the motorway from Palma airport.

Facilities

Located on the second floor of a residential building in Santa Catalina, this apartment has a living surface of 70 sqm. Its lounge is furnished with a white sofa and a matching armchair. A flatscreen televison, satellite TV and a DVD player are part of the furnishing as well.
The Mediterranean style interior refllects the spirit of this part of Palma, formerly home to sailors and fishermen, now about to become a hotspot and a fashionable residential area.




The double bedroom (160 x 200 cm bed) with its bright colours and the warm lighting is very cosy. The spacious kitchen is equipped with all the modern comfort and conveniences. It is adjacent to the living area. Await lunch or dinner with a glass of wine in front of the fireplace and keep the cook company at the same time.
The inscription „Luv“ on the wall above the small table is in Swedish. It means LOVE.
A door in the kitchen leads on to a small shower bathroom and not, as you would expect, to the pantry.
The 24 sqm terrace is the absolute highlight, a haven for recreational sunbathing with a view onto the picturesque rooftops of the neighbourhood. Apartment Pursiana I and II share the terrace.
