What makes it special
An upscale, modernized country house in the Majorcan style in Port d'Andratx, that has space for up to 8 people. In the large garden there is a pool that is surrounded by green lawns, palm trees and ancient olive trees.
The Finca Limonera is a very spacious holiday home with enough room for plenty of privacy. Perfect for two families or friends.
Location
The holiday home is situated in Port d'Andratx and the airport of Palma de Mallorca is about 30 minutes drive away.
The Port of Port d'Andratx is one of the most beautiful natural harbors in Mallorca. The charm remains, despite the many new villas that were built in recent years, and thus we get a refreshing blend of relaxed bustle of locals, residents and day tourists.
The beautiful promenade invites you to stroll by the sea or you can relax in one of the numerous cafes watching the incoming boats.
Facilities
The spacious house is located on a 12,000 sqm property with many native plants and fruit trees.
One enters the Finca through an entrance that leads directly to the living area. The living room is spacious and has several sofas for a coming together for a cozy evening. Immediately following the bright dining room with a large table. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the possibilities of self-sufficiency and has a stove, refrigerator and all necessary cooking utensils.
The Finca Limonera has four bedrooms, two double bed rooms and two rooms equipped with single beds. All bedrooms have their own air conditioning and guarantee on hot summer days, a quiet night. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and each have en-suite bathroom. Upstairs there are two more bedrooms sharing one bathroom. These rooms each have their own small terrace with seating and a great view of the beautiful scenery.
On the large covered terrace with comfortable sofas you can escape the midday heat to a cooler and enjoy your holiday. In the big garden also children have plenty of space to play football or other leisure activities.
The highlight of the finca is the large pool which is located in the rear of the garden. This offers great refreshment on hot summer days. Comfortable beds around the pool invite you to relaxing sunbathing. Right next to the pool there is a covered bar, a dressing room, a shower and a toilet. Thanks to the covered outdoor kitchen with BBQ you can organize cozy barbecues in the evening.
There is a separate utility room with washer and dryer.
By the side road leading past it may be a slight noise.

Camp de Mar: A beach with fine sand and crystal clear water and ideal place for families.
Cala Fornells: A small bay in a beautiful stretch of coast near the town of Paguera.

Trips
Isla Sa Dragonera
from San Telmo you get to the rocky island by a ferry (journey time about 15 min.). A beautiful nature reserve with rich flora and fauna. In summer you can also start from Port d' Andratx and Paguera. Price: 10 € from San Telmo
Cultural Center Andratx:
