Es Baluard Museum, 
the cathedral, and the seafront are within walking distance. Public bus transport from this part of town departs into any direction, including the popular beaches of Cala Mayor and Illetes (ca 6km away). Club Nautico and Paseo Maritimo are a 10 minute walk a way. An ideal starting point for excursions on the island. 

Location

This nice, cosy apartment is located in the centre of Palma, it has a view of the cathedral and the sea.

The apartment is situated a few minutes away from the main Passeig Born boulevard and Jaime III. shopping street with its many boutiques, cafes, galleries, musueums, and restaurants and the picturesque old town.

The royal palace (Palacio Almudaina), the Arabian Baths (Banys Àrabs), and the impressive cathedral are within walking distance as well. 

The apartment is located in a quarter called Calatrava, home to many churches and convents. It owes its name to the many tanning workshops.

Because of the central location, there are no parking spaces available.

Facilities

Not particularly large in size (ca 35 sqm), this apartment is situated in a quiet residential street in the very centre of Palma. 

The apartment is on the fourth floor. The cosy interior and the stunning view from its roof terrace make up for the lack of an elevator. 

The double bed (160 x 200cm) in the sleeping area faces the terrace, the bed has sea view that includes the cruising boats in the Bay of Palma.

A couch makes for a comfy seating area next to the TV set, and a spacious table right next to the kitchen area provides enough space for cooking and dining.

A modern shower bathroom completes the distinguished interior of this accomodation in the heart of Palma.
