Apartment Maritimo is a seaview rooftop apartment located behind the first row of houses on Paseo Maritimo,Palma’s beautiful harbour pormenade and number one adress for inner city outings.
Can Barbara, the picturesque harbour mole, Palma’s opera, Auditorium, and the promenade along the marina are situated within walking distance. Breakfast is available on the terrace of Cafe Cappucino, the flagship location of this Majorcan coffehouse chain. Palma’s nightlife takes place on your doorstep.
Paseo Maritimo and a nearby park are the perfect trail for a early morning run along the seafront.
The old town with ity impressive sights, the galeries, museums, and shopping facilities are only a few minute walk away.
Santa Catalina borders onto the Paseo. The old town begins right behind the apartment.
An indoor market is at the centre of this borough. The market is bustling with early morning acitivities and is surrounded by restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, and boutiques.
Shopping facilities in this area are excellent.
A car park is located right across from the apartment.
An ideal starting point for excursions on the island, a variety of leisure activities and diverse beach vacation is on offer.

The 110sqm rooftop terrace is the absolute highlight of this 80 sqm inner city apartment. The terrace has a view of the rooftops of Palma as well as of the sea. The apartment is situated right behind the harbour promenade. The house has three elevators.
The spacious window front floods the apartment with light.
The spacious, stylish living room, the dining area, and the comfy TV lounge have a sea view as well. There is also a sleeper couch.

The kitchen is rather small, very charming, and equipped with all the essentials.
The bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm), the adjacent bathroom has two accesses.

It is possible to rent a second bedroom with a double bed and a extra terrace. 

Ideal for travellers who want to experience authentic Majorcan city lifs on top of the many beach activities.

leisure activities

It is only a few minutes to Bellver Castle Park or to the port of Palma, in about 15 minutes you can walk to the historic Old Town. The Paseo Maritimo and the nearby Castle Park invites for an early run on the morning.

Restaurants are just around the corner.

You can enjoy Palmas attractive nightlife right in front of the door.

Other sports - and leisure facilities in the area:
Diving, swimming, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, golf, surfing, water skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, inline skating.

A theater and a casino are also nearby.
