Portopetro is a very pretty port town and still hardly tainted by tourism. Great restaurants and charming shops are all in walking distance.

The most beautiful beaches of Mallorca are only a short car ride away!

Location

Portopetro is a picturesque small port town on the East coast of Mallorca, still fairly undiscovered and therefore mostly untouched. It is close to more popular artist towns such as Cala d'Or and Porto Colom.

The apartment is one block away from the ocean and from its terrace you have an amazing view over the port and the sea. Within walking distance are many restaurants and shops.

This are is very popular because of its beautiful sand beaches. For those who take the extra time and effort to walk a little farther there are also the most amazing wild beaches and hidden coves.

Sailing enthusiasts can charter a boat in the port and tour the coast.

In the village there are many restaurants and shops.

It is only a 60 minute car ride from Palma airport to the door steps of your vacation home.

Facilities

This modern bright apartment is furnished with great style and quality. It is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of an apartment building. The total space of the apartment is 1120 sqft. with three bedrooms, a large salon and an open kitchen. In addition there are a couple of large terraces and even a pool.

The spacious living room offers maximum comfort with a flat screen TV and an adjacent dining area. By way of a spiral staircase you reach a large private sun terrace of about 1080 sqft. Right next to it there is another terrace with a nice swimming pool (approximately 3x5meters) which is shared between three parties. Generally, there is never more than one party present at one time. From any of the terraces you of course have the most spectacular view over the port and the ocean.

Inside the apartment there is an elegant big master bedroom with a king size bed (2x2,40m) as well as two smaller bedrooms with double beds (1,60x2m). There is a luxurious bathroom with whirlpool and a small guest bathroom. All rooms come equipped with air conditioning and heating.

leisure activities

Charter a boat and tour the coves of the area: there are various rental options right in the port of Portopetro. If you wish we can arrange a fun boat excursion for you!

Right outside your doorsteps you have the restaurant Varadero.  This very original yet stylish place will surely provide the best memories no matter if you stop by just for a drink or for the full dinner experience.

On Saturdays we recommend a trip to the farmer's market of Santanyi. There you can shop or stroll through the pretty village. Maybe you prefer to enjoy a coffee on the main square and watch the various activities around you.

In Felanitx there is the magnificent golf course Vall d'Or.  This is only a 15 minute car ride away.

You should definitely visit the most impressive caves of Porto Christo!

The best beaches around this area:
Playa Es Calo des Mort - only 5 minute walk from the apartment - right in Portopetro find the private beach of Blau Hotel, which is open to the public!
Cala S'Almonia and Cala LLombards close to Santanyi (approximately 20 min.)
Cala Sanau - this is also very popular with climbing enthusiasts (approximately 10 min.)
Ses Salines - you can walk along the coast from the light tower to a very remote wild beach (approximately 15 min.)
Cala S'Amarador - this remarkable cove is located in a preserved natural park.

Last but not least: Es Trenc - a very beautiful, long sand beach on the East coast of the island.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

All additional costs like final cleaning are already included in the price! No further fees!

A cleaning service can be arranged on request. Fees are based on effort.

A trip to the restaurant Varadero is worth it: as a tenant of the apartment you get a complimentary cocktail.

Heating

The holiday home is equipped with heating and therefore also suitable for cooler months.

Additional costs

A security deposit of euro 300,- has to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded with departure.
