Location

The beautiful town of Arta is located on the east coast of Majorca.

Through a historic center many small alleys and streets lead up the hill where you have a unique view of the coast and the hills with their almond plantation and olive groves.
The Calvary with its impressive fortress and the pilgrimage churge Santuari de San Salva is impressive.

The luxurious house is located In this unique setting, surrounded by Mallorcan landscape.

Many hidden sandy coves such as Cala Mesquida, Cala Torta, Cala Agulla or Cala Ratjada are just a short drive away.

The Caves of Arta are worth a trip!

Very nice golf courses are nearby.

From the airport Palma de Mallorca it takes about 60 minutes to the holiday home. 

Facilities

The VIlla Lujosa is located on a 80.000 sqm large property in Arta and is divided into a main house with a tower suite and a guest house which is quite remote at the bottom of the garden. The living area is about 600 sqm.

Through an elegant foyer the house apears with its full size. The ground floor has a modern and fully equipped kitchen with various dining areas, and a cozy lounge. On both sides of the villa you get to wonderful terraces.

In the main house there are three bedrooms. A separate tower suite with a king-size bed, private study-area and elegant ensuite bathroom is located a little out of the bottom of the house. Upstairs there are two further spacious bedrooms with en suite bathroom. One is a double bedroom the other a children's room with a single bed. An additional sleeping possibility can be organized. Upon request the children´s room can be converted into a double bed bedroom. Even a separate TV room with home cinema is available.

A little out of the bottom of the garden there is a small guest house with kitchen, living room, a large double bed and a chic bathroom. The covered patio area is perfect for relaxing.

Not far from the guesthouse there is the large pool (15 x 5 m) in the beautiful garden.

leisure activities

Near the Villa there are many golf courses. The course in Canyamel near Capdepera is only 10 minutes away. 

You can play tennis at Manacor Tennis Club.

In Manacor there is also the basis of Mallorca ballooning wher you can enjoy the island from a bird's eye view.

A trip to the famous caves Cuevas del Drac and HAMS also offers a welcome change.

Do not miss the market in Capdepera or Arta.

Horse lovers can ride at the Centro Equestrian Son Crespi which can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
