Location

The apartment is located in Es Molinar a small very pretty harbor town with chic promenande next to Palma. From the airport of Palma de Mallorca it takes about 10 minutes by car.

On the picturesque beach promenade of Es Molinar, Portixol and Ciudad Jardin there are plenty of attractive bars and restaurants and the water quality is good enough for a refreshing dive into the sea. The many joggers and roller-blader remember the feeling in Venice Beach.

The old town of Palma is just a stone's throw away. Palma can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car. By foot it's a nice walk along the sea and takes about 30 minutes. Palma is famous for its cathedral and other attractions and provides attractive shopping streets, such as the Paseo Borne and Jaime II and of course numerous cafes, bars, restaurants and museums.

Facilities

The chic maisonette apartment in loft-style is very bright and equipped with modern furniture. From the entire apartment you have a picturesque view of the sea. Both floors have wonderful terraces (both about 12 m²)

One enters the apartment with a size of 85 sqm through on the open living area with kitchen. There is a comfortable sofa and a flat screen TV with international channels. The kitchen is eqipped with all cooking utensils. Even when cooking you have a beautiful view on the open sea and on the terrace you can enjoy the great view while having breakfast.

A staircase leads to the upper floor with the bedroom with double bed (200 x 140 cm). Again there is a large panorama window to start the day with a view of the ocean and listening to the waves. On the terrace you can watch romantic sunsets. In the bedroom there is a small washing posibility. The bathroom with shower is located on the lower floor.

A highlight is the partly glass floor in the bedroom that gives the salon an interesting play of light and floods the entire apartment with natural light!

leisure activities

Beaches
EMolinar / Ciudad Jardin / Portixol: There are small sandy beach directly outside the front door that can be reached by foot. Even the beach of Palma and Playa de Palma are not far from the apartment.
Can Pastilla: The mile-long fine sand beach is just naturally beautiful!
Bay of Illetes: A small sandy bay just 10 minutes from Palma in direction of Portals Nous  with excellent water quality and chic beach bars.

Golf Courses
Golf Son Vida: The 18-hole golf course is one of the best on the island and is located in the luxury town Son Vida next to Palma. (Tel: 0034 971 791 210)

Trips
Palma harbor: The ideal base for touring the island. From here you can watch the many sailboats and cruising ships every day. Harbor tours and cruises are offered.

Historic Railroad Palma-Soller: Traditional railway line from Palma to Soller through picturesque countryside.
