Two more guesthouses for 2-4 persons Finca Luna I and II are situated on the compound. Each of them has its own pool. They can be rented in addition to the main house. The total accomodation capacity is of 22 persons.

Location


Finca Sol y Más is situated between Campos and Santanyí in the southern part of Majorca, a 35 minutes drive
on the recently built motorway from Palma airport.

This part of Majorca is renowned for the particularly beautiful natural beaches (Cala Mondrago). Some of them are under protection.

Campos, the nearest village, is 5 kilometer away. It offers many shopping facilities.
Santanyí, a municipality 56 kilometer from Palma in the very south east of Majorca, is 7 kilometer away. The excellent road network makes for a good connection.

A lot of tapas bars, restaurants, and shopping facilities are situated around the village square. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, the market makes for a lively, colourful spectacle. The Saturday market is considered to be one of the most beautiful on the island.

Much of the spirit of the buccaneer days is still in the air and lives on in the many pirate legends in this part of Mallorca. 

Facilities

This spacious finca (250 sqm) has 6 double bedrooms (16 - 20 sqm each) and maximum accomodation capacity of up to 12 people. An ideal vacation house for recreational vacations on the 1.000 sqm compound. 

The shady terrace is situated right outside the lower part of the house, which contains the open american kitchen, the dining room, and the lounge with the satellite TV set and the fireplace. The living area is spacious, ideal for social gatherings, dinner parties, or buffets.
The kitchen is fully equipped, with an induction cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a washing machine, a microwave, and a toaster.

Three of the double bedrooms are located on the ground floor. The other bedrooms are situated on the first floor. One has a seperate entrance and is accessible through a staircase from one of the terraces. One of the bedrooms has its own terrace with a view on the pool. Each of the bedrooms has its own en suite bathroom.

During summer, life takes place on the shady terrace outside. A spacious dining table and the outdoor barbecue are here, and you can acess an indoor tabletop football and a billiard facility from here.

The swimming pool (5 x 10 meter) is located right in front of the house. Sunloungers and bath towles are at your disposal- enjoy a swim in the idyllic garden. 

leisure activities

Es Trenc is one of the most beautiful natural beaches in Majorca and a 10 minute drive away. Sa Toreta and Cala Santanyí beaches are 10 kilometer away. Cala Figuera harbour is worth a visit- the picturesque bays of Cala S’Almonia, Cala de Moro, and Cala Lombarts are only 500 meter away from here.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

All additional costs like final cleaning are already included in the price! No further fees!

A cleaning service can be arranged on request. Fees are based on effort.

Beach towels can be booked on request. Costs € 7, - / day and towel. To be paid in cash.

Heating

The holiday home is equipped with heating and therefore also suitable for cooler months.

Additional costs

A security deposit of euro 300,- has to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded with departure.
