What makes it special
Fica Tradicional is the perfect holiday home for a large group: There is a large main house with annexe and a detached guest house to complement. Ideal for celebrations!
The house is equipped with many extras that make the holiday an unforgettable experience: a large pool, barbecue, boules, table tennis, table football, and even its own multifunctional tennis court!
Location
Finca Tradicional is located between Manacor and Colonia St. Pere/Son Serra de Marina in the Northeast of the island.
From the property it is about 10 minutes to Manacor. The town of Manacor offers plenty of shopping and is known for its furniture stores. Saturdays and Mondays there is a market on which Majorcan products and crafts are offered.
Not far away is the pretty town of Arta. Many shops and inviting restaurants, such as "Café Parisien" with its beautiful courtyard are worth a visit.
The north-east of the island is known for its many beautiful sandy beaches and coves.
From the airport of Palma the vacation home can be reached in about 50 minutes.
Facilities
Finca Tradicional is located in complete seclusion and tranquility amidst the beautiful countryside of Majorca on a property of approximately 240,000 m2. The 500 m2 main house welcomes you with a spacious living and dining area. There is a dining table, a cozy sitting area with TV (satellite), a fireplace and a piano.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, electric stove with four ceramic hobs and electric oven, microwave and fridge freezer. Next to the kitchen there is a floor with two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom (shower room), each with double beds (150 cm x 190 cm). All 5 bedrooms in the main house have air conditioning.
A staircase leads to the main part of the property on the first floor. There are three more bedrooms: a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath), large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and a private terrace with stunning views across the valley.
The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of a large salon and are separated by a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (150 cm x 190 cm), the other is equipped with two separate beds (each 90 cm x 180 cm).
At the main house, which is suitable for up to 10 people, a nice by-house is adjacent with two traditionally furnished bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom, suitable for four persons.
In addition, you can rent a very pretty, detached guest house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a private pool and lovely terrace. (See also Gästehaus Finca Tradicional) This is the holiday home for up to 20 persons (in the lounge there is a sofa bed on request for two additional guests).
A highlight for romantics: the refreshing swimming pool (9m x 4.50m, depth of 1.20 m - 1.80 m) can also shed light at night. Sun beds, umbrellas and pool towels are provided. A poolside shower and a separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer belong to the estate. Also a second refrigerator is available.
The house has several patio areas, both forwards and backwards, with magnificent views of the vast orange and lemon tree garden. On the upper terrace there are table tennis, table football and darts. In front of the house, in the shadow of the pines, there is also a boules. Beside the house is a carport for four vehicles.
leisure activities
Only 10 minutes from Finca Tradicional is the bay of Colonia St. Pere, a sleepy fishing village. The flat beach of Colonia St. Pere is an ideal spot to enjoy sun and sea.
To the broad sandy beach of Son Serra de Marina, which is still very intact with crystal clear water and wide sand dune beach, there are only about 10 minutes. Very popular with windsurfers and kitesurfers.
Horseback riding, is 6 km away, on the road between Colonia St. Pere and Artra or in Can Picafort.
In Manacor is the basis of ballooning in Mallorca, you can fly and look at the island from a bird's eye view.
The next golf courses are: North Pollença golf course (approx 40 minutes). Aucanada golf course, which is currently under golfers 'best' course on the island is located about 35 minutes drive away. East: Pula Golf (30 minutes drive), Mallorca Golf (40 minutes drive).
The Finca offers nature lovers a fantastic hiking area outside the front door and several caves in the vicinity. The owner has provided an extra with his donkeys up a rough trail to the finca. For experienced hikers, there are of course much more to discover and mountain bikers will be happy!
On the property there is a private tennis court, better to say a multi-functional court.

Service
With a booking of at least two weeks one change of bed sheets and a midstay house cleaning is provided. The pool is cleaned twice a week.
A baby bed and a baby chair are provided.
In front of Finca Tradicional an original Mallorcan stone oven invites you to have large barbecues. Upon request, the owner prepares a lamb bred on the stone oven. Delicious Mallorcan bread with tomatoes and olives from own production and wonderful wine are served. For a fee and on request.
Air condition according to consumption: euro 0,30 per kWh.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
All additional costs like final cleaning are already included in the price! No further fees!
A cleaning service can be arranged on request. Fees are based on effort.
Weddings and events are only possible with an "internal" eventplanner! Please enquire!
Heating
The holiday home is equipped with heating and therefore also suitable for cooler months.
Additional costs
A security deposit of euro 500,- has to be paid upon arrival and will be refunded with departure.
