Apart from the magnificent Finca itself the property comes with a perfectly kept garden, a large swimming pool, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a private beauty center (additional costs apply). There is even a small outdoor area for theater performances.

Location

Finca Oriental is a serene property of 40,000m² surrounded by beautiful vineyards and lush green landscapes with a spectacular view over the Tramuntana mountains. In close proximity lies the town of Binissalem which is in the middle of one of the best known winemaking areas in the heart of Mallorca.

The centre of this town is only 4 km away from Finca Oriental. There you can go shopping and visit many different great restaurants and bars.

The beautiful sand beaches of Pollenca and Alcudia in the North East of the island are approximately 15 - 20 minutes away by car.

It is less than half an hour by car to reach the island's capital Palma de Mallorca.

The airport is approximately a 30 minute car ride away as well.

Facilities

You enter the grounds of Finca Oriental by way of a long picturesque driveway surrounded by plants and flowers. Upon arrival you find yourself in the middle of a romantic little square with a small well.

This very large mansion was completely renovated in the year 2005 with emphasis on preserving its original Majorcan style. The main house is surrounded by a large terrace which offers seating space for a great number of people.

There is 650m² of living area inside the house on two levels which offers plenty of space for groups of up to 16 people. Each of the seven bedrooms has its own area with a separate patio which guarantees absolute privacy. Two additional beds are available per request.

The main entrance leads to a salon with a round dining table and a cozy seating area by the fireplace. To the right there is an inviting, wood-paneled kitchen with a free standing stove and plenty of work space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, espresso- and coffee maker, and a large fridge and freezer.

Next to the main entrance there is one bedroom (smoking is allowed here) with a separate entrance. It has its own bathroom with a shower and a double bed (1.40 x 2m).

In the West wing of the house lies the tastefully decorated living room. Antique furniture mixed with influences from the Far East give this room a distinct note. The dining table in the middle of the room is custom made and adds to the special character of the space. Very large French doors offer access to the terrace and allow plenty of natural light inside, making the room bright and friendly. The TV set is equipped to receive English channels and there is also a DVD player and a stereo system.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with double beds (1,60 x 2m), each with direct access to the outside terrace. One has its own bathroom en Suite with a large bathtub, the other has a bathroom with shower.

On the upper floor there are four bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and a separate patio. Each room is individually decorated with the highest comfort. They all come equipped with air conditioning and either radiator or floor heating.

The main house is separated by a romantic archway from the large outside area which surrounded by palm-, olive-, and fig trees offers 2000m² of space to enjoy. In the middle of the beautiful garden lies a large swimming pool. Shade is provided by Orange trees and a pretty pergola.
Among the amenities are a fully equipped kitchen with barbecue and dining table, an outside shower with bathroom and toilette as well as a private beauty center which can be booked exclusively at additional cost.

leisure activities

Finca Oriental is located next to the town of Binissalem in the middle of a well known wine making area. The renown vineyard José Ferrer is very close by.

The area is quite popular as a starting point for hiking trips. One trip in particular to point out is the hike to Castell d'Aleró with a stop at Finca Es Verger.

There are many nice restaurants in Binissalem and the cute little villages around it. A local's favorite is the Bar Americano which serves excellent Majorcan cuisine.

Just a fifteen minute car ride away you can visit the large shopping mall Outlet Festival Marratxi.

In the mood for playing golf? Within 20 minutes you can reach various 18 hole golf courses.

The beautiful sand beaches in the North East and the Playa de Palma in the South West are less than half an hour away by car.

There is a large bicycle shop in Binissalem with a great selection of rental bikes.

Service

One house cleaning and change of bed sheets per week. Towels are changed every 3-4 days. The pool and house are permanently maintained.

Heating

All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, radiator or floor heating and can be used all year around.

Additional costs

Upon arrival a fully refundable security deposit of 500 Euro in cash is required.

Extra costs for events:
Every extra Person Euro 50,- plus Euro 200,-cleaning charge.

Extra deposit Euro 500,- (till 15 Person) or Euro 1.000,- (till 30 Person).
