Live like a real inhabitant of Palma! The charming, traditional town-house apartment is situated in a prime location in a quiet and very central district of Palma.
Only a short walk from the beach, the harbor promenade, the Parc de la Mar below the Cathedral and many other attractions of Palma.
Traditional architecture, stylish decor and a small, cozy terrace give this 2-4 person apartment its very own charm.
Location
Not far from the sea and beach and yet right in the capital of Majorca lies this stylish town apartment in the beautiful Calatrava district. This charming neighborhood of Palma's many churches, monasteries and workshops was established at the turn of the century. Among other things the tanners lived here, hence the name Calatrava.
The famous boulevard Passeig Born and the shopping street Jaime III. with its many shops, cafes, galleries, museums and restaurants are worth a stroll through the charming old town and only a few minutes away.
The imposing Cathedral, the Royal Palace ("Palacio Almudaina") and the Arab baths ("Banys Àrabs") are just a stone's throw away.
Although the apartment is near the city center, it is located on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle in a quiet, residential neighborhood with very authentic little cafes on beautiful places and is therefore pleased at the reputation of a very good residential area.
In a few minutes one can get to the harbor promenade, as well as the first beaches of Palma. Many other beaches, like Playa Mayor and Illetas can be discovered in a few minutes.
The holiday home can be reached in about 15 minutes from the airport.
Facilities
The 120 m2 large apartment is located in the heart of Palma in a quiet side street next to a cute place with a church and a small cafe.
A beautiful staircase leads to the tastefully decorated apartment with art objects from around the world. The living area extends over three floors. A cozy sitting area with TV is a welcome. Via two stairs one gets to the open dining room with large dining table that seats up to 6 people. A sliding door connects the dining area with a fully equipped and spacious kitchen.
A staircase leads up to the upper floor with a bedroom with double bed (150 x 190 cm), TV and DVD players. On this floor are also two bathrooms, one with bath, washbasin and toilet, the other with shower, sink and toilet.
One more floor up there is another bedroom with a sofa bed consisting of two single beds (each 90 x 190 cm), that can be combined into a double bed. From here you get to a small, cozy terrace with a nice dining area. Here you can enjoy wonderful evenings a glass of wine and tapas in the open night sky.
