Location

The apartment is located in Port de Pollensa on the north east coast of Majorca. From the airport Palma de Mallorca it takes 50 minutes to the apartment.

In the popular resort of Port de Pollenca, there is a marina with a long sandy beach. The original town of Pollensa is set back slightly inland and is always worth a visit.

The apartment is located on the fourth floor of a house in Port de Pollenca in second sea line and within walking distance to the beach promenade. There are many good restaurants and outdoor cafes.

Port de Pollensa is a popular and authentic marina where you can watch impressive motor and sailing yachts. However, there are traditional fishing boats as well. A part of the harbor is only reserved for them.

Southwest of the harbor, the flat beach with clear water is perfect for families. Kilometers of sandy beach down the coast up to Alcudia and beyond. The coastal area is now also very popular with kite surfers!

Facilities

This bright apartment is equipped with modern and high quality furniture.

In the large and bright living-dining area there is a cozy sitting area with satellite TV and a table made ​​of glass. The modern kitchen is equipped with all necessities and has a small bar with two bar stools. Large windows throughout the apartment provide ample daylight.

The apartment has two bedrooms one is equipped with a bouble bed and an en-suite bathroom. The other bedroom has two single beds. There is another bathroom with shower.

On the big covered wooden terrace with seating you can enjoy the wonderful sunshine.

Around the large communal pool there are cozy couches for a vast sunbathing. The beautiful beach is only 30 meters walk from the apartment.

There is an elevator and ample parking in front of the house.

Beaches
Bay of Pollenca and Alcúdia: shallow and calm water, perfect for children. Very popular for water sports of all types.
Playa de Muro: Long beach between Can Picafort and Alcúdia with little waves and fine sand, surrounded by pine forests and sandy dunes.
Playa de Formentor: A natural beach with white sand. Bars and restaurants are within walking distance and there are many water sports possibilities.

Golf
Golf Alcanada: The popular 18-hole course is situated in the bay of Alcúdia in a nature reserve. On the whole course you have a beautiful view of the sea, the bay of Alcudia and the lighthouse. (Tel: 0034 971 549 560)

Trips
Boat Trips: A great experience: cruises from Port de Pollenca to various destinations around the Cap Formentor.
Charter Boat: The sailing and windsurfing center "Sail & Surf Pollenca" (Tel: 0034 971 865 346) provides everything from simple dinghy to catamarans.
Cap de Formentor: Visit the northernmost point of Mallorca! About adventurous switchbacks you reach the lighthouse of Formentor. From here you have a great view of the open sea and the coast of Majorca.
Pollenca: Pretty marketplace and cafes. It is worthwhile to climb the stairs to the chapel and get the best view!
