What makes it special

A beautiful country house in the middle of the island with a beautiful view of the landscape and the outlets of the Tramuntana mountains. Despite the modern facility that offers all the comforts of the house has not lost its Majorcan charm.

The spacious villa can accommodate 10 people and is perfect for large families or friends.

By renting the property as a vacation home for about half of the year, an average rental income of € 35.000-40.000 can be generated.

Location

The finca is located near Lloret de Vistalegre on a small hill with a beautiful view of the surrounding landscape. From the airport of Palma de Mallorca it is 30 minutes by car.

Lloret de Vistalegre is a pretty little place away from mass tourism. Here you can still watch the real majorcan life. There is a village center with a church, square and a small grocery store where you can buy the most necessary products. There is also a bakery, which is highly recommended. In the restaurants you can enjoy the excellent majorcan cuisine.

The next town is Sineu. Here you can vist the colorful market on wednesday with vegetables and animals.

Since the house is in the middle of the island it is to all the beaches of the island in about the same distance. You should reckon on about 30 minutes to a maximum of 45 minutes driving time.

Facilities

The in 2005 built holiday home has a size of 450 sqm and is situated on al 21.000 sqm property. Through a black iron gate you get to the driveway in front of finca Atunara with a beautiful old olive tree. A few steps lead to the entrance area of the finca, which is very large and bright. This area leads right into the living and dining area. There are three white sofas of which you have through the large windows a gorgeous view of the beautiful scenery. A fireplace provides a romantic atmosphere in the evening. The sturdy dining table seats 8 people.

On the other side of the entrance there is the fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island. Again, there is a table. From the kitchen and the dining area a door leads to the covered terrace with comfortable sofas. The total size of the terraces is about 100 sqm.

The ground floor has a bedroom with a double bed (200x 180cm) and ensuite bathroom . Next door is another small bathroom. The remaining bedrooms are located upstairs. The large master bedroom (bed size 2x 2m) has an ensuite bathroom with large glass shower and separate toilet. There is also a private Jacuzzi. From the big bed you can enjoy through the small glass porch overlooking the beautiful open countryside and the beautiful olive trees. Next door is another bedroom with a double bed (180x150 cm). The next room has to single beds (150x 80cm) and the last room at the uppe floor is equipped with a single bed (150x 80cm) and a possibility for an addidtional bed. These rooms share a spacious bathroom.

In the spacious basement there is another living room with comfortable sofas and a rather distant. Immediately afterwards, there is a small fitness room with treadmill and bicycle for the sporting action on holiday.

The absolute highlight of the holiday home is the garden with a size of 700 sqm with a beautiful pool (11x 5,50m) and wooden deck. The pool also has a small Jacuzzi-area. Comfortable chairs invite you to extensive sun bathing. Further back in the garden is another covered terrace with a large table and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ grill for cozy barbeque evenings at the pool. From all the terraces and the pool has a beautiful view on the landscape.
