Location
The drive from Palma’s airport to this lovely spot takes about 30 minutes. This typical Mallorca village lies in the southeast. You reach Algaida by taking the very good road to Lluchmayor and then on to Algaida to the holiday home. Only 20 min. away, you find the most natural beach of Es Trenc with a Caribbean blue sea.

Description
This little stone house offers 50sqm living area and terraces around the house. It lies in the middle of a forest with pinetrees, in absolutely silence. On one floor there is a comfortable living room with an open fire place and a rustic interior decoration. It offers a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower.

The cosy bedroom lies one step down from the livingroom and has a double bed (160 x 200 cm). The refreshing swimming pool is also for the use of house guests. The mainhouse is inhabited by the owner.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and can be enjoyed throughout the year.

The special touch
This home offers a country life living and guarantees a pleasurable vacation. An idyllic resting place in a Mallorca countryside setting and still not far from beaches and villages.

Additional costs
A one time fee for final cleaning of Euro 60.- will be charged.
A guarantee of Euro 300.- is required.
In the high summer Euro 5,- / day for the air condition.
During the winter Euro 5,- / day for the heating.
