Location
"Calvia", formerly a rather small, low- key village on the southwest coast, has, since its inclusion of other coastal villages, from "„Illetes" to "Peguera", become one of Spain’s richest communities. Despite this it has retained its traditional daily life-style and has stayed true to its former ways. On Monday the travelling traders of the city flock here to sell their wares in the market. Many of the houses of this 2.000 inhabitant town dot the near by hills around the centre. Like other similar places Calvia’s dual domed church is its imposing centre- piece. Here you’ll find two recommended restaurants (s. Tips). A suggestion is to take a walk along the towns hilly path above the centre that begins in "Son Font" and from there to the hill village of Galilea. The view will without doubt impress you.

This typical country home lies only 1km from the centre of "Calvia".
It’s comfortable and manicured decor and over 3000sqm garden is a rare pleasure.

A pool (8 x 5m) offers refreshing respite along with an outdoor shower, sunny terraces, two covered grill areas, and an unequalled view of the Mallorca countryside. The living area of this character residence is about 350sqm.

At the lower level one finds a roomy and well- equipped kitchen with seating, two big living rooms of about 80sqm stylishly decorated along with stereo and television.

On the floor above are three bedrooms (double beds 180 x 200cm), each with ensuite bathroom.

The master bedroom has it own terrace with a south- western view over stunning countryside. It’s a truly rejuvenating place.

The beaches and coastal villages lie only 10min away by car.
