Location
This idyllic Finca lies next to the rivulet Torrent de Canyamel in a very big bamboo and orange grove.

The little village of Capdepera is only two kilometres away from the holiday home. The heart of the village is the lively market- place with restaurants and cafés.

On the nearby hill lies a fairytale castle overlooking the village and offers an incredible view over the landscape and to the neighbourhood village of Arta. Here one find the magical world of the coves del drac, the dragon caves.

The charming landscape and the beautiful cove of Canyamel is an ideal spot for holidays in the east part of the island. The wide beach invites for enjoyable fun.

In the middle of the valley you see a big square and massy block. This medieval tower from the 14. century was a former refuge fort the country people against pirates attack. Today it is a museum and a restaurant.

Description
This holiday home lies on a 15.000 sqm property with a smaller holiday home and a little house for the manageress in respectful distance from each other.

The house is decorated by the English owner in a typical country style. The spacious living room with a comfortable sofa- corner and an open fire place is ideal for a family’s holiday. The Mediterranean charm of this house can also be enjoyed on the huge terraces and beautiful lemon tree garden.

The house has three double bedrooms (beds are 160 x 200 cm) one bedroom has an ensuite shower room; two bedrooms are sharing one bathroom.

A complete kitchen allows for preparation of all your culinary needs.

The Pool area is protected by high growing Bamboo plants and a perfect location for relaxing.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and can be enjoyed also in wintertime.

Away from it all, here you find refuge and privacy in a magical countryside and only a few minutes away from the charming villages of Capdepera, Arta and Cala Canyamel.

Additional costs
A guarantee of Euro 500.- is required
A final cleaning will be charged with Euro 100,-

Additional heating cost of Euro 50,- per week in wintertime will be charged.
