Location
Even today the village of "S’Arraco" has retained its charm and tranquility. Countryside traditions are part of living here. In front of the village church "Santo Cristo", built in 1849, sit locals and tourists on stone benches under the shady trees. The impressive houses around the church are called "Casas de Indianos". Indianos were previous Mallorca inhabitants who made their fortune in the Spanish colonies and who built, upon their return, the fantasy homes of their dreams. To the popular natural harbour of Port d’Andratx you need only a few minutes by car.

To the beaches and the best fish restaurants in "San Telm" only minutes are required. Not to forget "S’Arraco" itself offering local food shops, cafés, and a few remarkable restaurants.

House description
This charming stone home lies in the middle of the valley only minutes from the village centre on a property of 4000sqm. From the garden and terrace you have a delightful view of the village.

The living space of about 60sqm divides itself between a living room with comfortable sofa (can also be opened as a bed), SAT- TV, dining table, fully equipped kitchen, bedroom with double bed (180 x 200cm) and ensuite bathroom. The decor and furnishings are fresh and comfortable.

Heating
The house is heated with two Swedish oil stoves.
