Location
"Esporles" lies about 20min. by car in a westerly direction from Palma airport. From the Via Cintura you take the direction of Valldemossa and after about 10min. you drive off the motorway through a picture- postcard valley to "Esporles". Over hilly tree-lined roads you are taken finally to the centre of the village where its vibrant life can be discovered. Locals and tourists sit relaxing in the outdoor cafés or enjoy the excellent restaurants, and take in the timeless village atmosphere. Halfway along this village´s main avenue, take a left and follow the road up into the hilly countryside of "Es Verger" and here, 5min by car, you’ll arrive at the beautiful vacation home of "Finca Sa Font Llagar".

A little outside of the village lies the stunning country estate of La Granja, a former guest residence, today a cultural museum, it brings impressively to life Majorcan country living of the last hundred years. It is also great for children with various farm animals and many other highly interesting details. Before leaving, the museum offers its guests a tasting of many Majorca specialities; jams, baked items, cheeses and sausages.

Description
This very well kept country house lies up on the hill only five minutes from the centre of Esporles on a 15.000sqm plot. It has 250sqm living space, on two floors.

At the entrance area you will find a typical mallorcan reception hall with its big open fire corner and a dining table. From here you have a beautiful view to the forest and the vineyards of the Bodega Es Verger.

On the upper floor you find a comfortable livingroom with an other open fire place and a sofa-corner with SAT-TV and four bedrooms.

One bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and double bed (180 x 200 cm).
The other three bedrooms share one bathroom, the sizes of the beds are:
1 double bed (180 x 200cm), 1 bed (120 x 190cm), 1bed (110 x 180 cm).

This house is ideal for families with children.

The owner has his own bodega and he will be pleased to show the guest around for a wine tasting.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and comfortable throughout the year.

The special touch
Here is a place to feel the freedom of country living in comfort and security, with the village only 5min away. From the house pleasurable hiking tours can be undertaken.

Additional costs
Euro 100,- for final cleaning will be charged.
