Location
The little village of Capdepera is only two kilometres away from the holiday home. The heart of the village is the lively market-place with restaurants and cafés.

On the nearby hill lies a fairytale castle overlooking the village and offers an incredible view over the landscape and to the neighbourhood village of Arta. Here one can find the magical world of the Coves del Drac, the dragon caves.

The charming landscape and the beautiful cove of Canyamel is an ideal spot for holidays in the east part of the island.

The wide beach invites for enjoyable fun.

In the middle of the valley you see a big square and massy block. This medieval tower from the 14. century was a former refuge fort the country people against pirates attack. Today it is a museum and a restaurant.

Description
This holiday home lies on a 15.000 sqm property, where also is find a big house for 6 people and a little house for the manageress in respectful distance from each other.

This holiday home in bungalow style has been decorated by the English owner. In the living room you find an open fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable sofa and a dining table. The Mediterranean charm of this house can also be enjoyed on the terrace and at the swimming pool in the garden in front of the house.

The house has three double bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (160 x 190 cm) the second bedroom has two single beds (90 x190cm), the third bedroom has a bunk bed (90 x 190 cm) which is ideal for children. A big bathroom is to share.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and can be perfect enjoyed in wintertime.

Away from it all, here you find refuge and privacy in a magical countryside and only a few minutes away from the charming villages of Capdepera, Artà and Cala Canyamel.

Extra costs
A guarantee of Euro 300.- is required.
A final cleaning will be charged with Euro 60,-.
Additional heating cost of Euro 50,- per week in wintertime will be charged.
