Location
Esporles lies about 20min. by car in a westerly direction from Palma airport. From the Via Cintura you take the direction of Valldemossa and after about 10min. you drive off the motorway through a picture-postcard valley to Esporles.

The surrounding of Esporles is famous for its numerous extremely beautiful, huge and antique manors which you can discover already on your trip to the village.

Through the exiting mountain landscape leads a sycamore-lined avenue which takes you into the center of Esporles.

Daily life ocurres at the Boulevard. Here locals as well as tourists chill out in the cafés and restaurants enjoying the rustic atmosphere.

From the main avenue a street at the left takes you into the mountains and in about 3min. by car you arrive at the beautiful vacation home "Finca Tramuntana".

A little outside of the village also lies the stunning country estate "La Granja", a former grange, today a cultural museum which brings impressively to life Majorcan country living of the last hundred years.

Description
The looked-after stone house has two floors and is surrounded by splendous terrasses  (aprox. 120 sqm), some sunny and others providing shadow, which offer a spectacular view of the magnificent landscape and even Palma and the sea.

This property of 15.000 sqm represents a real refugia of quietness and peace.

The total living space of the impressing premises is aproximately 240 sqm.

The decoration of the house is typical for the majorcan cottages.
The open fireplace provides the 40 sqm living and dining area a specially cosy atmosfere.

The Finca Tramuntana has three bedrooms. Two of them, one with double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and one with two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm), are at the upper floor and share a big and comfortable bathroom with bathtube as well as shower. 
The third bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm) and a nice bathroom with shower only  is on the ground floor.

From all the rooms you can appreciate always the view of the beautiful landscape.

The open kitchen with rustic furniture is fully equiped.

A few steps take you from the kitchen to the useful outdoor kitchen with grill and baking oven, and the roofed diningtable. The perfect surrounding for enjoyable tepid summernights.

And just as enjoyable should be diving into the refreshing swimmingpool.

The special relax area around the protected pool (4,5 m x 9 m) has a marvallous view of the landscape and is provided with six sun chairs and a pool house outfitted with fridge, sink, shower and W.C. nearby the finca and comfortably to reach across the stone stairs.
For this reason little children have to be guarded hardly. The best would be that children are over 6 six years old.

The special touch
For contemporaries who love quietness and solitude but knowing that there is a village nearby with nice cafés and cheerful bastle.

The house is a perfect departure point for wonderful hikes and excursions, for example, to Valldemossa or the artists village Deià.

Service
Linen and towels are available.

It is possible to order an interim cleaning paying the additional costs for the cleaner.

Heating
The holiday home is provided with central heating so it fits also for the fresher seasons of the year.

Additional costs
A final cleaning will be charged with Euro 120,- .
A guarantee of Euro 300.- has to be deposited at the arrival.

Check- In: from 4 p.m. onwards.
Check- Out: until 11 a.m.

In case you want to make use ot the hole day of arrival and/or departure at your holiday home, we recommend to book an additional day.
