Important advice:
In case of individual booking of the Finca Vista Port I or Finca Port II, there will be only one of both for rent. So, that one can enjoy the whole 150.000sqm plot by themselves.

Both holiday homes can be also rented together by a family or a group.

Location
The drive from Palma’s airport to this lovely spot takes about 30 minutes. The lively village center of Andratx with its attractive square around which are gathered cafés and restaurants, lies only a few minutes away. The spectacular location of this property offers a wide and open view over the valley towards the harbour of Andratx.

Description
This country home has two floors and is a part of a larger manorhouse, difficult to find something comparable.

The main estate home is not occupied during the rental period so that the guests can enjoy their stay privately.

On the ground floor one finds a 30sqm living room with adjoining kitchen and dining area. The decoration is tastefully done in an elegant country style.

Opening before the living room lies a spacious terrace leading to a large pool, a pool house and comfortable sun chairs and loungers.

On the first floor are two bedrooms with double beds (200x200cm & 180x200cm) and a full bathroom with shower and bathtub.

Service
Washing and ironing can be organized by the personnel at the estate house and would be charged separately.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and can be enjoyed throughout the year.
