Location
The village of "Lluch Alcari" is one of the smallest on the island. It is comprised principally of five houses, and a few others, dotting the impressive rock formation above the sea. About 3km away lays the lovely artistic village of Deiá, built around the rocky hills and crowned by its church, and it remains one of Majorca’s most charming places. Restaurants, bars, cafés, all invite the visitor to enjoy their culinary charms. Between Lluch Alcari and Deiá lies an asphalted road which takes you to the bathing beach of Cala Deiá. The sea is lapiz blue and clear. Two beach delicatessens offer drinks and Spanish specialities.

Description
This well cared for home is built of stone and is a real jewel on Majorca’s west coast.

From the road Deiá- Sóller, with some curves, one drives up to the guest house "Vista Mar". Once there a marvellous view of the house and a spectacular panorama of the sea await the visitor.

The main house is for 4 persons and maybe 2 children and has 3 bedrooms (double beds 180 x 200cm, 1 single bed 90 x 200cm and 1 baby bed ), and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite.

The interior living area is a thoughtful mixture of country charm and modern styled elements, all in corresponding unity. An open fireplace invites one to relax.

A complete kitchen allows for preparation of all your culinary needs.

Next to the main house a smaller guest house is being built with a double room (double bed 180 x 200cm) and a functional kitchenette.

Comfortable terraces surrounded by 300sqm gardens lead to a large pool with pool house.

Included is weekly cleaning and departure cleaning.
