Description
The living area, including the terraces, covers 380sqm over three floors. This house offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. On the first floor is the living room with SAT-TV, Stereo & CD (telephone and fax can be arranged) with a design dining table for eight.

A modern kitchen allows for all your needs. On the second floor is the master bedroom (loft style) with ensuite bathroom, together with its own terrace and a writing corner with desk and chair. On the ground floor are three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a terrace, and a wash-room with washing machine.
Outside, this house offers a lovely pool (6 x 3m) with terrace and teak wood lounge chairs.

Heating
The house is centrally heated and air-conditioned and can be enjoyed all year round.
