Location
The Costa del Sol has kept its Andalusian charm into the 21st century. Malaga, its seaside capitol and birthplace of Pablo Picasso, is the first stop for visitors when they arrive in this sun drenched region.
From Malaga’s airport the drive to this delightful vacation residence is 40 min. From the house to the luxury yacht port of Puerto Banus and Marbella takes 10 min.

This dream residence Casa Carlos lies in a privileged and secured residential quarter where privacy is the priority, and the town of San Pedro de Alcantara is only 5min. by car.

The many available beaches are only minutes away. The wind-surfing paradise of Tarifa is about 1hr. away and the well-known town of Sotogrande is around a 30min. drive.

Description
This elegantly decorated home has a living space of 550sqm of which the major part, in bungalow style, is on the first floor.

The living room has a fireplace and numerous comfortable sitting arrangements, and the dining area is equally open and inviting (together over 100sqm).

The attractive kitchen is decorated in Spanish country style and functionally provided with all necessary equipment. The large master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, offers space with a corner bathtub, shower area and two wash basins. Directly from this bedroom one can enter the garden and have access to the pool for a refreshing morning swim.

Two other double bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom, are also on the same floor.

A fourth double bedroom is located on the ground floor with it own bathroom which has a shower and a separate entrance from the garage which is ideal for vacation guests and also domestic help such as an au-pair girl.

All beds in the house are 180 x 200 cm and some can be transformed into single beds.

The house’s garden and arcades give shade from the summer heat and the interior stone and ceramic floors keep a cool temperature even in the warmest months. The terraces which encircle the house are furnished with rattan seating groups; sofa and chairs, so that there are many possibilities for relaxing.

In the landscaped 6500sqm garden with it palm trees and lawns is the 12 x 6m swimming pool, partially shaded by a giant rubber tree.

This villa of standing is also equipped with SAT- TV, Stereo, Yamaha baby grand piano, double garage, and alarm service.

Both, house and garden are taken care of 4hrs. daily by a gardener and house assistant.

Heating
The house has under floor heating and therefore ideal also during cooler months.

House and garden are supervised by two employees.
