This house is a typical Mallorquin house.. big entrance door with foyer giving to the living room to keep the house cool all day.
On the ground floor is the cozy living room with and a very spacious sofa and SmartTV. Just as you go through, the kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, microwave, oven, Nespresso machine, Italian coffee machine, blender etc..) with a dining room sitting comfortably for 6.
Just next is straight on the patio where to enjoy a breakfast in absolute peace. The patio has a table for 6 and a lounge sofa up the little stairs.
Upstairs, there are three double bedrooms and one bathroom with a bathtub (there is one extra bathroom with shower downstairs too).
On the same floor, the master bedroom has a reading room with the most comfortable sofa.
For those who may need, we can provide a traveling cot with sheets and a high chair. Please ask ahead so we can prepare it!
Easy access to public transport and free carpark is 3-4 mins walk.
Valldemossa´s temperature in Summertime is much more pleasant than Palma City´s temperature, the house has a great breeze coming through and very fresh at night time.

You cannot drive in the village of Valldemossa unless you have the ACIRE accreditation from the city hall.
There are two big paying parkings in Valldemossa and more ‘’Zona Azul’’ (Blue zone) around the village.

Area description
Located on a part of the valley of the Sierra de Tramontana, full of olive and almond trees. It is rich in springs and is surrounded by lush vegetation and abundant ... it gives you a unique atmosphere feeling, offering a special charm with its narrow streets. The birthplace of Santa Catalina Thomas is preserved in the village. Also highlights the thirteenth-century church, reformed in the XVIII.

Valldemossa center is 2 minutes far walking; you will find there all you need to make your stay comfortable. There is a local supermarket, corner bakeries, pharmacies, banks, shops, bars, restaurants, coffee shops.
Its main attraction is the Cartuja and the memories that she left in the winter of 1838-39, the stay of the romantic couple consisting of Chopin and George Sand.
Valldemossa is 17 km from Palma de Mallorca.
