Amongst the pine trees in the beautiful village of Esporles, this property is perfect for large groups or families to enjoy their holiday. Up to 12 people can be accommodated easily and comfortably in this huge rental home. Less than half an hour away from busy Palma the Finca Especial is perfectly private, and quiet, with spectacular views all around.
At the first glimpse, this traditional Majorcan property seems like its own little village featuring a romantic center square with a small well, various terraces and buildings as well as an extensive private pool area located on a lower level.

The main house is divided into three living areas, each with their own entrance. The midsection of the main building has a large dining room that offers space for up to 8 people around the dining table. Adjacent to this room, lies the large fully equipped kitchen with a cozy corner lounge and access to a rear terrace. The living room is decorated very tastefully and comes with satellite TV, a grand piano a large fireplace. The majority of the rooms showcase beautiful exposed wooden beamed ceilings and traditional stone walls. There are three exquisite bedrooms with double beds in the wings of this building. Two of them are right next to each other, which is perfect for families with small children. Each of the bedrooms has their own bathroom and a fireplace. A total of 6 people can be accommodated comfortably in the main house. The bed sizes in the main house are (1,80x2,0 m) and (2x1,60x2,0 m). This house also includes a safety-deposit box. One of the bedrooms has a sofa that can be transformed into a double bed.
On the other side of the center square lies the guest house. On the downstairs floor, there are two bedrooms located, each with a double bed (1,60x2,0m and 1,80x2,0 m). Both rooms have their own entrance and a private bathroom.
On the upper floor of the guest house is a separate apartment accessed by an outside stairway. The apartment consists of a small living room, a fully equipped kitchen and 1 double bed bedroom. The entire floor is very charming, decorated in traditional Majorcan style apparent in little details.
In total there are 6 bedrooms. Please note: Only AC in the bedrooms;5of the bedrooms have no air-conditioning.
The exterior of Finca Especial is set up wonderfully and offers an abundance of terraces and garden space inviting to lounge or dine. The pool is spectacular with a small cove as well as a bar and barbecue. There is plenty of seating and lounge chairs scattered around the pool terrace. To top it all off, the views over the beautiful landscape surrounding the property are simply magnificent!
The internet is now optic fiber at the house and mostly strong in the main house.

Area description
Finca Especial is wonderfully located in the hills close to Esporles right in the middle of untouched nature, far away from the busy touristic centres.
Esporles is an unspoilt small village in the northwest of the Majorca, best known for its unique majestic old mansions. In very close distance are the popular towns of Banyalbufar and Valldemossa. The latter consists of a very pretty monastery, carefully designed gardens and a picturesque town centre. All of them served as refuge for Frederic Chopin and his mistress George Sand for one winter.
Not much further along the magnificent coast is the lovely artist’s village Deiá. Built around a massive rock and anchored by a simple village church, this is one of the most charming villages of Majorca with many nice restaurants to take a break from the day’s excursions.
The city of Palma is about a 20-minutes-car ride away. The beautiful Port des Canonge and Cala de Deià are approximately 20 minutes away by car. The sandy beaches of Palma can be reached in about half an hour
From Palma airport to Finca Especial takes about 30 minutes.
