This villa was renovated just last year 2017 and has marvelous views to the Palma Bay. There is a very well cared garden with many terraces and tables to find the perfect spot to have your morning coffee.. or a chilled glass off wine !

On the ground floor:
you will find first the large living room with opened doors to the terrace. The living room has a subtle Art Deco inspiration, very colorful with a modern touch surrounded by sunlight. On the way to the kitchen, there is a little office/ TV room (with cable). The kitchen is fully equipped, with a kitchen island and a dining table – perfect from getting together in the kitchen from breakfast to dinner. There are two dishwashers, two ovens, refrigerator and freezer with ice machine. There is just next to the kitchen a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble-dryer in a machine room.
On the upper floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, well separated from the social areas downstairs. Upstairs, there are 3 bathrooms with shower. 2 bedrooms are on suite and the one with the office space as the bathroom across the corridor. The main bedroom as a balcony with stunning views on Palma Bay. The two other bedrooms share a terrace that has a little table for relaxing moments. All the bedrooms have AC.
Pool house: Just next to the pool we find the guesthouse. There is a large room, with a desk, small kitchen, full shower bathroom and sofa with views to the pool so guests can stay comfortably during their visit.
Outside: You will find many outdoor spots, tables and chairs to enjoy your time at the house. There are water fountains within the garden. You will experience peaceful moments within this urban jungle of olive trees, herb garden, jasmin, bouganvillier and tranquility. Next to the pool is an outdoor shower and sun loungers for 8 people.
Area description
Genova is located just outside Palma and the area is continuously increasing in popularity. The reasons for this are many, partly thanks to the beautiful nature and tranquillity here, but also for the magnificent view and the proximity to Palma. You are just ten minutes from Palma centre and 20 minutes from the airport. In addition to the proximity to Genova's culinary selection you also find exclusive golf clubs such as Club Son Vida, yacht clubs such as Calanova or the Real Club Nautico de Palma.
There are also several beaches nearby such as Cala Mayor, Illetas and Cala Nova. Over the years the in between area has been filled up with residential construction, and Genova is now considered as a district of greater Palma. It is situated at the foot of the Naburgesa Mountain range.
Getting around:
Within a few minutes’ drive from the busy streets, traffic and shops of the city you will find yourself perched upon mountain peaks looking down at the sea and the local pine forests which surround this picturesque location. You will definitely need a car !
